Key ResponsibilitiesTenant & Housing Support
* Provide first-class tenant service and act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries.
* Support tenants with correspondence, Universal Credit and Housing Benefit claims, budgeting and benefits advice.
* Assist tenants in engaging with support plans and personal development goals.
* Ensure tenants participate in Outcome Star assessments, reviews and risk management processes.
* Promote tenant involvement in shaping service delivery. Repairs & Property Administration
* Log and manage responsive repairs enquiries.
* Liaise with maintenance providers to arrange works.
* Maintain accurate records relating to repairs, complaints and property issues.
* Arrange and monitor statutory compliance including:
* Gas Safety Certificates
* Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
* PAT Testing
* Fire safety complianceTenancy & Housing Administration
* Provide administrative support for:
* Voids management
* Arrears monitoring
* Tenancy documentation
* Utility accounts and service charge records
* Generate monthly tenant statements.
* Monitor and support rent collection processes.
* Assist in eviction processes where required.
Customer Experience & Reporting
* Process tenant satisfaction surveys.
* Produce accurate and timely reports.
* Maintain central records and housing management systems.
* Provide general office and clerical support.
Partnership & Referrals
* Manage referrals and support risk assessments.
* Liaise with external agencies, local authorities and care providers.
* Attend and arrange partnership meetings.
General Duties
* Work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls within service standards.
* Contribute flexibly to meet service demands and deadlines.

Pay: £17,096.53-£29,374.18 per year
