First Achieve Recruitment is growing, and we’re expanding our Engineering Division in Glasgow. We’re looking to speak with both experienced recruitment consultants and individuals interested in starting a career in recruitment.

The Role
Based in our Glasgow Southside office, you’ll work within our established Engineering Recruitment division, recruiting across roles from senior management and supply chain through to technical and shop floor positions.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment process including:
* Building relationships with new and existing clients
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates
* Advertising roles and managing the recruitment process
* Negotiating offers and supporting placements
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced Recruiters
* Previous recruitment or agency experience
* Strong relationship-building and business development skills
* Motivated to maximise earnings through commission
Trainee Recruiters
* Ambitious individuals looking to build a career in recruitment
* Strong communication and people skills
* Sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Commission structure up to 32.5%
• 4 days in the office (Mon–Thurs) with optional WFH Fridays

• Clear progression from Trainee/Resource Consultant → Principal Consultant
