Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs (SEN).
* Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Help monitor and record the progress of students, providing feedback to the teacher.
* Supervise children during play times, lunchtimes, and on school trips.
* Prepare resources and materials for lessons and classroom activities.
Requirements:
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role supporting children.
* Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, standard school hours.
