Education/Qualifications
* Essential: NMC - RMN Registration
* Essential: Commitment to undertake continuing Personal development
* Desirable: Higher qualification at least to degree level in a relevant subject
* Desirable: Post graduate training relevant to Mental Health
Experience
Essential: Experience of working within mental health services; Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
* Desirable: Recent and relevant experience of working with clients experiencing issues with substance misuse
* Desirable: Experience of assessment of people with substance misuse and related problems
* Desirable: Experience of working in community settings
* Desirable: Evidence of working with complex mental health and substance misuse service users within in-patient and/or community settings

* Essential: Evidence of continued development or training
* Essential: Knowledge of NHS issues and current policies and practices in mental health
