Care Team Leader
Hours available: 39 hours per week. Pay rate: £15.45 per hour (minimum). Shifts: Full Time Days, Part Time Days and Nights. Location: Chester – City Road.

Responsibilities
* Provide professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers
* Oversee medication management, ensuring accurate records and up‑to‑date care plans
* Plan and manage time and team resources while remaining supportive of individual needs
Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 in Care (or currently working towards it)
* Experience in a dementia care setting is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to handle challenges and support team members
