REACH Re-integration Officer (REACH Hub)
Grade 6 (SCP 22-25) £33,699 - £36,363 pro rata to weeks worked
Full time – Term time plus three weeks

About the REACH Hub
The REACH Hub will deliver high quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that enable every learner to make outstanding academic and personal progress.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality SEND/SEMH behaviour support within the REACH Hub provision.
* Work collaboratively with Sunderland schools, academies, and the REACH hub team to support the successful reintegration of learners with identified behavioural, social, or emotional needs.
* Focus on reducing barriers to learning by delivering targeted interventions, offering personalised behaviour support, and strengthening relationships between pupils, families, and education providers.
The ideal candidate
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified member of staff who is dynamic, visionary, and has a proven track record of improving outcomes for learners. You should be able to work with, and get the best from learners who are challenging, and enjoy working within a team to help learners find their confidence and rediscover their love of learning.
