We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar supervisor oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties
* Manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
* Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Develop innovative drink menus and maintain inventory of beverages and supplies.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and restaurant.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
* Ensure compliance with health regulations and licensing laws.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
* A background in food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* Experience in customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
