Promotional Marketing Executive 12 months FTC (maternity cover) Duties & Responsibilities Periodic Promotional Campaign Management Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns based on the cycle of our promotional calendar and our business objectives. Help prepare marketing and promotional plans with specific objectives. Plan and organise promotional implementation. Help manage the relationship of external stakeholders, ensuring regular meetings are carried out to enhance communication and relationships are maintained and tight budgetary control is maintained. Implementation of all POS throughout our retailer estate, including the management of the production with third party printers and key stakeholders. Promotional & Local Marketing Asset Production Help coordinate the production of promotional materials and ensure that they are ready in a timely fashion by coordinating requirements with design and artwork producers, right the way through from the briefing stage to final artwork sign off. Create detailed artwork briefs using excel spreadsheets to a high standard used for internal Graphic Designers and external stakeholders. Proof a wide range of documents, copy & images to an exceptionally high level in quick timeframes. Work with the digital team to upload content and artwork to our retailer intranet portal as required. Continually assess processes to recommend changes to improve performance, gain buy-in, and work with stakeholders across the organisation to implement change. Work cross-functionally with the Trading Department to increase revenue streams into the business via supplier opportunities. Support the management of related third party suppliers for radio, print etc, including monitoring all spending to a tight budget. Support the management & production of all additional, ad-hoc requests from all internal and external stakeholders, including the retailer estate.
