Transmission & Distribution Ltd are recruiting for an accomplished Cabling Project Manager to work within our EHV Cabling Division. You will have demonstrable knowledge & experience in the development and delivery of large EHV cable projects, safely to time and to budget, working with National Grid, SSE, SPENW and similar Cabling Transmission and Distribution Network Operators. This position will be based across site locations in Scotland, United Kingdom.
Due to the growth trajectory within our cabling division, this position will be across the whole of the UK, predominantly in the Midlands initially.

Who We Are Looking For
8. Demonstrable experience of leading and managing a projects and project teams on EHV/HV to 132kV Cabling Projects through all phases of design, construction, commission and close out, including Programme and Planning management
9. Experience of working with National Grid, SSE, SPENW and other Cabling Transmission and Distribution Network Operators
10. Knowledge of street works, permit submission requirements and familiarisation of local and council liaison
11. Experience of managing the design requirements for Cabling projects inclusive of commercial budgets
12. Experience of developing and managing good working relationships with client and sub contractors
13. Understanding of Engineering Principals and knowledge and understanding of the principles of CDM
14. Commercial understanding including NEC Forms of Contract
15. Knowledge and working understanding of Cabling Installation Techniques
16. Fully conversant with NG/SSE and SPENW Technical Standards, policies, and procedures
17. Hold a full driving licence
18. Produce a negative result for the compulsory Drugs and Alcohol test
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
