Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to grow and manage a portfolio of customers across Northern Ireland. The Sales Representative will promote a broad range of products, achieve sales targets, and strengthen customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, bringing a variety of food, drink, and household products to market.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect, develop, and manage a portfolio of customers while promoting a broad range of product categories.
* Achieve sales targets, including volume, margin, and growth, through effective customer negotiations, promotions, and merchandising.
* Present and upsell products to maximise category presence and profitability.
* Maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of queries.
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback; provide insights to marketing and product teams.
* Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, operations) to support product availability, deliveries, promotions, and stock management.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or retail wholesale.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Customer-focused with a track record of building trust and long-term relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills, able to develop journey plans, manage time, and meet targets.
* Comfortable working to KPIs and handling sales data, forecasts, and reports.
* Full driving licence and ability to cover assigned territory.
