Stakeholder Engagement Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Chelmsford College for a confident and motivated professional to support students in securing meaningful work placements across both campuses. The role is based primarily on‑site and involves working closely with local employers to create high‑quality placement opportunities that align with curriculum needs and meet all contractual and administrative requirements.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with local employers to develop high‑quality placement opportunities that align with curriculum needs.
* Manage placement records, maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all processes.
* Support young people in preparing for the workplace, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
* Collaborate with curriculum managers to support stakeholder engagement and coordinate events that enhance the student experience and strengthen employer relationships.
* Generate leads and build partnerships, converting conversations into placement agreements.
* Visit employers and administer duties that require a full driving licence and own transport.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Background in business development, employer engagement or sales experience.
* Proven ability to connect with businesses, identify opportunities and convert conversations into placement agreements.
* Strong IT and administrative skills.
* Full driving licence and own transport.

Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
