Description We currently have a full-time opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Property and Assets Maintenance Co-ordinator in our Gold Coast, Wivenhoe or Somerset Region. The Role - A Day in the Life of a Property and Assets Maintenance Co-ordinator. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of facilities, including undertaking minor repairs, coordinating contractors, and responding to service requests to ensure a safe and functional work environment. It also involves assisting with office fitouts and refurbishments, and maintaining accurate records. The position provides administrative support across projects, including tracking progress, managing procurement of furniture and equipment, and monitoring budgets. In addition, the role requires effective communication with stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and delivering high-quality customer service while contributing to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery. Your Key Responsibilities will include; Attend to minor repairs to buildings and assets withing the ETC footprint Move furniture safely within offices and occasionally relocate furniture between sites. Assist the Property and Assets Manager in leading projects through to completion. This will include office fit outs and furniture installations. Monitor sites for compliance with Govt contracts and WHS principles Administrative duties to arrange, track and record the individual elements of projects undertaken at ETC. Undertake simple or basic remediations in offices. Procure furniture and assets for offices in line with the style guide and ETC procurement policy. Inspect sites as required. Skills And Experiences Criteria for Success Experience as a trades assistant or similar Experience and capabilities with power and manual tools. Demonstrated ability to undertake minor building repairs and maintenance High level of understanding of WH&S principles Highly developed problem solving and decision making skills. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail Highly developed time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines within required timeframes. Excellent skills in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook Ability to work unsupervised or as a key member of a team.
