Our well-established client is based on the outskirts of Huntingdon, they are now looking to bring in a Finance Business Partner to support continued growth and performance.
This is a genuinely commercial role where you'll be working closely with stakeholders across the business providing insight, challenging decisions, and helping drive profitability.

As Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a key link between finance and the wider business translating data into meaningful insight and supporting strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering analysis on customer and product profitability
* Producing weekly trading reports with clear, actionable insights
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles
* Building and maintaining financial models to predict performance
* Analysing margins, promotions, and cost drivers to improve profitability
* Partnering with teams across Commercial, NPD, and Operations
* Supporting management accounts with added analysis and commentary
* Driving improvements in reporting, systems, and processes
What We're Looking For
This role would suit someone who is commercially minded and confident working with stakeholders across a business.
You'll ideally have:
* Experience in a Business Partnering, Management Accounts, or Analyst role
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence decisions
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling
* Experience working in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment
* Confidence presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders
* A proactive, collaborative approach to problem‑solving
