Due to business growth, we are looking to expand our IV Therapy team within our Nursing department. As a Clinical Nurse Advisor (Home IV Therapy), you will become a valued member of our Nursing team, helping to ensure our patients always receive the highest quality service. This role is full-time, field-based around Bristol and surrounding areas. The working hours are 35 hours per week, 3 long days, from 7:30am to 8:30pm. The salary for the position is £37,864, with an annual bonus of £1,166, and includes a company car or car allowance.

Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the NHS to encourage patient independence, enabling a good quality of life at home.
2. Provide care and support for chronically and critically ill patients requiring parental nutrition, IV antibiotics, and IVIG therapy.
3. Monitor and deliver nutritional support for patients at home.
4. Visit patients regularly to connect and disconnect them from parenteral feeding systems.
5. Facilitate the safe discharge of parenteral nutrition patients and provide ongoing community support.
6. Manage a patient caseload, fulfilling all nursing requirements in coordination with the Regional Nurse Manager.
7. Work within the NMC Code of Conduct and uphold professional standards.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
* At least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.
* Valid driving license.
* Ability to work confidently and professionally in a one-to-one patient environment.
* Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
