We are recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Executive to support the Public and Professional Services sector and maximise opportunities for new and existing clients through leveraging the shared resources of Pinsent Masons globally, as well as international development markets (including Africa, India, Korea, and the US).
The role will focus on the delivery of a range of marketing and business development initiatives that will build our reputation in our core UK market for both national and international work and will work closely with senior stakeholders including board-level Partners and Executives.
This role can be based out of any of our UK offices. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm. As an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a broad Marketing and BD position, managing areas such as events, marketing collateral, sponsorships/conference participation, or social media.
* Proven creative content writer, able to deliver engaging content across various mediums.
* Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and acting as an ambassador for the BD group.
* An analytical skillset, capable of reporting on and evidencing trends and ROI of Marketing and BD activities.
* Comfortable with potential ambiguity, balancing various priorities, and supporting different activities and teams daily.
* Evidence of a curious, problem-solving mindset—able to give examples of trying new methods or technologies and advancing processes.
