The Role
* Deliver a broad and balanced Art curriculum up to KS4
* Inspire students to achieve their full creative potential
* Contribute to raising standards of attainment and progress
* Support the pastoral development of students as a form tutor
* Engage in curriculum development and departmental planning
* Participate in CPD activities and whole school initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has excellent subject knowledge and passion for art
* Can build strong relationships with students and staff
* Demonstrates outstanding classroom management and teaching skills
* Is committed to professional growth and sharing best practice
* Has experience using ICT in art education
