Accounts Manager – Independent Accountancy Practice – Croydon
£55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, building strong relationships and becoming their trusted advisor
2. Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT returns and corporation tax
3. Leading and developing a small team of juniors and seniors, offering support, training and guidance
4. Getting involved in process improvement, workflow planning and supporting the partners in the day-to-day running of the team
5. Handling more complex queries and being the go-to for clients when they need clear, commercially-minded advice
