Location: Centrepoint La Pouquelaye
Hours: 8.30-13.30 - Alternate Sundays, 26 weeks per year plus holiday and sickness cover
We are seeking a calm, confident, and child-focused Coordinator to support the delivery of safe supported contact and handover sessions.
You will help lead and supervise Support Workers to ensure sessions run smoothly. This is a role working with children and families in emotionally complex situations.
Key Duties
Work with Deputy Co-ordinator to engage Support Workers during sessions
Set up and close the centre, including health & safety checks
Support contact while maintaining dignity and privacy
Enforce centre rules and manage challenging behaviours
Carry out alcohol and drug testing, where required
Maintain weekly plans, registers and assess riskCore skills required
