* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert-level support for complex IT issues, ensuring quick resolution and documentation in the ITSM system.
* Handle escalated incidents from 1st and 2nd line support, conducting diagnostics and root cause analysis.
* Perform Post Incident Reviews to address user concerns and resolve incidents fully.
* Maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in documenting technical processes, project estimates, network schematics, and quotations.
* Effective team collaboration across departments.
* Minimum of 5 years in IT support, with at least 3 years in a 3rd line support role.
* Solid understanding of business processes and technological support/improvement methods.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL.
* Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
