The Borgen Project is an international organization working at the political level to improve living conditions for those impacted by war, famine, and poverty. With 20 years of experience, it has supported the passage of numerous bills benefiting nearly 500 million people in developing countries.
Writer/Journalist Programme
This role focuses on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog. It is a part-time, 12 hours per week, 12-week unpaid remote programme. You can work ahead and complete the programme sooner if needed.
Responsibilities include:
* Article writing
* Researching topics
* Supporting advocacy efforts
* Assisting with fundraising by creating personal campaigns and meeting targets
Experience
No prior experience necessary. We seek passionate individuals eager to fight poverty and right wrongs, regardless of background or GPA.
Details
This is an unpaid programme, though college credit may be available.
Start Date
New programmes start monthly; you may choose your start month.
