Location: The Mallards - Old Weston
Salary: £34,402 - £35,025 per year
Hours: 173 hours per month, long shifts 8am-11pm (with sleep nights). 365‑day service. Rotas given in advance.
Pay rate: £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (depending on qualifications) with an average of 8 sleeps per month. Extra shifts and overtime available at an enhanced rate.
Role
The Mallards is a two‑bedroom children’s home that offers crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. The young people we care for receive high‑quality residential support and participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests (e.g., cinema, swimming, sports). The role involves providing nurturing, supportive care and helping them achieve positive outcomes.

Essential requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Over 21 years of age
