What would you do as a Technical Engineer?
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the primary objectives of this position are to:
* Provide on-site and telephone technical support for all internal and external customers on all Mila products.
* Satisfy customer technical enquiries and resolve practical issues on site proactively.
* Work with other members of the Technical / PD and Test Centre teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive library of technical services.
* Help develop technical guides and instructions to support Mila’s range of products.
* Provide efficient technical support and advice to customers on all aspects of door and window testing.
* Support Mila Sales managers with the introduction of new products to customers.

We are looking for someone who:
* Has a technical background and demonstrates practical technical skills.
* Can use hand and power tools proficiently.
* Has good and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
* Is able to command respect from internal and external colleagues.
* Is organized and a logical thinker.
* Is determined, enthusiastic, and radiates energy and drive.
* Is flexible and able to work away from home when required.
* Holds a full, valid Driving Licence.
