Academics are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Barry from June 2025. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students, particularly those with special educational needs, and will create an inclusive learning environment. This position involves working closely with the Teacher to assist in the delivery of lessons and provide individualised support to students, ensuring they can engage fully with their education. About the Role: Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all students. Provide one-on-one support to students, particularly those with special educational needs, including autism. Help create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
