Customer Relationship Executive – Glenrothes

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our busy, friendly team in Glenrothes. Think of it as a hybrid between internal sales support and customer account coordination — you’ll be the go-to contact for your customers, making sure their orders are processed accurately, delivered on time and backed by excellent service.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing customer orders from start to finish — processing, tracking and updating along the way.

Working closely with procurement, planning, warehouse and transport to keep everything on schedule.

Resolving queries quickly and professionally, from delivery changes to credit questions.
*
Supporting the sales team by keeping them updated on customer activity and any potential issues.
*
Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact and proactive communication.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in an internal sales, sales support or customer coordination role.
*
Confident communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
*
Highly organised with a strong eye for detail, even when things are busy.
*
Comfortable using Excel and CRM systems (experience with BaaN would be a bonus).
*
A background in manufacturing or working with products is helpful but not essential.
