Product Owner (CRM & Business Systems)
£40,000 - £50,000 + package
Full-time hybrid role (3 days a week in the Bradford office)
Corecom Consulting are supporting a fast-scaling, founder-led business in Bradford that’s about to enter a major growth phase, with revenue projected to double. They are investing in systems, automation and commercial optimisation to support scale and are hiring their first dedicated Product Owner to lead this evolution.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the company’s CRM and ERP systems and work directly with the Founder and in-house Developer to:
* Own and prioritise the product roadmap
* Bring structure to a fast-moving environment
* Improve workflows across sales, engineering, finance and stock
* Optimise pricing logic and commission engines
* Translate business problems into clear, actionable development priorities
* Increase development velocity and reduce bottlenecks
* Use data to drive commercial decisions
The business is scaling quickly. Systems need to scale with it.

What They’re Looking For
* Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
* Strong experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems
* Comfortable working closely with founders and senior stakeholders
* Able to simplify complex problems into structured solutions
* Commercially aware and results-driven
* High emotional intelligence and strong people skills
* Confident challenging ideas constructively
