The Role
- Production / Manufacturing Operative
As part of the production team, you will:
1. Operate and monitor powder plant machinery used in regulated manufacturing processes
2. Work with specialist MOD equipment in line with strict operating procedures
3. Manufacture and process materials in accordance with approved methods
4. Handle powder-based and chemical materials safely (full PPE provided)
5. Maintain accurate production records
6. Escalate machinery or facility faults to Cell Leaders / Supervisors
7. Maintain a clean, safe and compliant workstation
8. Follow all health & safety and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who have:
9. Experience in a manufacturing, factory, production or industrial environment
10. Confidence working with chemicals or hazardous materials (advantageous)
11. A methodical, quality-focused approach
12. Strong reliability and a professional attitude
13. Good awareness of health & safety practices
Hours
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 2:30pm
Early Friday finish - No weekend work
Pay & Benefits
£12.60 per hour
Temp to Perm opportunity
Stable weekday hours

Please note: Due to the site location, own transport is required as the site is not accessible via public transport.
