We are working with a partner school in Rochdale, seeking a Head of Year to join their team this July for a 1-year maternity cover. The ideal candidate must be confident, calm, professional, and possess outstanding knowledge of safeguarding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding students, staff, and themselves, ensuring a safe environment for all school members.
This is a non-teaching Head of Year role focused on promoting student well-being and supporting various pupil needs.

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence in the future.
