Job Description

We collaborate with clients across the financial services sector, addressing the necessary adaptations. The Asset and Wealth Management Risk and Regulatory team is expanding, seeking ambitious Senior Managers with experience in asset or wealth management regulation.
Responsibilities include supporting Partners and Directors, expanding market offerings, strengthening client relationships, and delivering projects. Candidates should have strong knowledge of conduct or prudential regulation, including compliance arrangements, Consumer Duty, SM&CR, governance, front office controls, and the FCA framework. Experience with regulators, consultancies, or the industry is highly valued.
Daily Activities
* Leading engagement teams, managing client relationships, and liaising with clients daily.
* Assisting in designing solutions and taking them to market.
* Developing new business opportunities through marketing and client programs.
* Conducting reviews, preparing reports, and presenting findings to clients.
* Supporting technical analysis as a subject matter expert in FCA regulation.
* Networking internally and externally.
* Mentoring and developing team members and talent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in asset management, understanding of AWM business models.
* Proficiency in FCA conduct or prudential regulation for asset and wealth management firms.
* Experience in regulatory consulting, either in-house, at a regulator, or consultancy.
* Positive, proactive, and agile attitude.
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify opportunities.
* Drive to expand business and reputation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
