Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing the classroom.
Work one-on-one or with small groups of pupils to support learning and development.
Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources.

Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students.
Support pupils with additional needs as required.
Requirements:
Experience working in a primary school or educational setting is preferred.
A relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 TA) is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Aspire People.
