We are seeking a dedicated FLT Driver specialising in food production to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklift equipment, managing materials handling, and supporting the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse environment.
Duties Operate forklift trucks safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and handling of goods.
Using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to track inventory movements.
Conduct basic equipment checks Assist with the loading and unloading of lorries Handle materials carefully, including heavy lifting, to prevent damage or injury.
Skills Must have a valid FLT ( in house not accepted) Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
Experience in materials handling within a food production.
Ability to load & unload trailers Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures. xsngvjr
Filling in paperwork Good organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
Shift: Monday to Friday 06:30 till 17:30 with 1 h unpaid break 13£/h Applicants via CV only, due to rural location you must have your own transport
