To deliver the highest standards of customer service and first point of contact for delegates/visitors To collate end of month department data and reports and as requested by FOH Manager To undertake audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance, as requested. To manage the HMRC Matrix booking system to maximise occupancy rates.
