As a Service Manager based at our RES office in Yeovil you’ll be responsible for: Leading and supervising the field operations team across installation, commissioning and service work. Coordinating scheduling and resource allocation, managing site escalations, and driving the implementation of new processes and workflows. Ensuring all field activities comply with MCS standards, safety regulations and quality protocols. Serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from both customers and internal teams. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Strong technical background in renewable technologies (air source heat pumps and/or solar PV) Confident in providing front-line technical support over the phone or via remote tools A good understanding of the MCS certification process and its requirements. Full UK driving licence Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity—whether formally or informally—demonstrating the ability to guide and support a team.
