Rolewill work out of the IST office and as well as remotely viaMicrosoft Teams. Maintain a high level of support and customerservices to end users and projects. Maintain IST Help Desk VoiceServices request (SLA) service level agreements. Exhibits politeand professional communication via phone email and mail. Performsbasic operation monitoring troubleshooting moves adds and changes.Identifies and resolves complex and basic communications problems.Shows awareness of standards and regulatory requirements related toassigned tasks. Provides technical assistance and support for voiceclient application problems. Installs test and upgrade new andexisting hardware/software. Reviews and recommends procurement ofinformation technology equipment. Multitasking and ability toprioritize as needed with shifting responsibilities. Maintains thenecessary security controls over software and PII. Participate inTeam Meetings and other Voice Service support meetings as required.Prepare update status reports and evaluations on end of taskresults or project findings. Conducts onsite surveys for wirelineand wireless support activity or new construction. Administrationmaintenance and installation of Avaya products. Diagnosis repairanalog digital VOIP and SIP technologies. Communicates with endusers to determine requested support.
