Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments, care plans, and interventions
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Occupational Therapists, support workers, and students
* Manage a caseload of service users with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and autism
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, person-centred care
* Support the development of policies, protocols, and occupational therapy pathways
* Liaise with clinicians, carers, external agencies, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration
* Post-qualification experience as an OT, ideally within mental health, secure services, or learning disabilities
* Strong clinical reasoning and knowledge of assessment and treatment models
* Experience in supervision, leadership, and supporting junior staff
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
