Location Overview:

Role Description:
The role will sit in the EMEA Regulatory Compensation team within the broader EMEA Compensation & Benefits team. The team ensures compliance with EMEA regulatory requirements related to compensation, monitors regulatory developments, collaborates with internal stakeholders to implement new requirements, and reports to regulators and committees.
The Regulatory Compensation Specialist will support on regulatory reporting, submissions, committee reporting, automation projects, and audits related to Material Risk Taker compensation rules.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation of remuneration regulatory reports and disclosures.
* Support reports for local remuneration committees and boards across EMEA.
* Assist with the application of MRT rules, including audits and controls.
* Collaborate on regulatory projects, including automation initiatives.
* Stay updated on UK & EU regulations and ensure compliance.
* Maintain governance, controls, and documentation of compliance assessments.
* Contribute to ad hoc projects and research for the team.
Minimum Requirements:
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and managing large datasets.
* Experience or knowledge of UK & EU regulatory compensation landscape preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to take initiative and deliver results.
* Experience in compensation practices within large financial firms.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate complex information.
* Ability to work independently and in remote teams.
* Stakeholder engagement skills in a matrix environment.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
