Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Melton Mowbray and Oakham areas.

We have a variety of opportunities available, including part-time supply roles and longer-term full-time positions, many of which offer the potential to become permanent.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Roles available across EYFS, Primary and Secondary settings, depending on experience
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
A positive, patient and proactive approach
A genuine commitment to supporting pupils' learning and development
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
