This is a hands-on role with real responsibility.
You will support the growth and optimisation of a live digital platform, working across:
* SEO and content optimisation
* Website improvements and user experience
* Digital marketing and outreach
* Data analysis and performance tracking
* Automation and process improvement
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content:
* Optimise job pages and website content for search performance
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements
* Support blog content and engagement strategies
* Assist with backlink and content distribution efforts
Website & User Experience:
* Improve website layout and user journeys (WordPress)
* Support landing page optimisation and testing
* Assist with analytics tools to track user behaviour
Digital Marketing:
* Support LinkedIn and social media content
* Assist with email campaigns and audience engagement
* Explore automation tools to improve efficiency
Data & Performance:
* Track key metrics such as traffic and engagement
* Support reporting and performance analysis
* Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are:
* Studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, IT, or related fields
* Interested in digital growth, SEO, or online platforms
* Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
* Strong communicators with attention to detail
* Curious and willing to learn quickly
Useful (but not essential) skills:
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, or email platforms
* Basic understanding of SEO or content marketing
* Interest in automation tools or AI platforms
Internship Details:
* Remote, flexible working (approx. 10–15 hours per week)
* Laptop and reliable internet required
* Performance-based incentives may be offered based on contribution and results
