Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the global rollout and continuous optimisation of Ebury’s new website. This is a high-impact role within the Growth team-focused on how we acquire, engage, and convert prospects across international markets.

You will be the go-to-market specialist for the website launch, responsible for aligning cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and sustained performance. You’ll run a dedicated sub-domain within Growth, with full ownership of the website’s strategy, roadmap, and results.

We’re looking for an execution-first leader who can confidently manage complexity, influence stakeholders across levels, and partner extremely closely with design to deliver world-class user experiences. This is an ideal role for someone who blends technical, commercial, and creative thinking and thrives on making things happen.

What you’ll do

1. Run a Growth sub-domain: Take full ownership of the website as a distinct product line within the Growth team, with clear accountability for performance, delivery, and iteration.
2. Lead the global website rollout: Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the new website, ensuring alignment across regions, compliance, content, and marketing.
3. Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. local teams, compliance, executive sponsors) and drive alignment through structured communication and collaboration.
4. Partner deeply with design: Collaborate daily with design and brand teams to ensure the website meets both user experience and business needs-balancing creativity with conversion and accessibility.
5. Drive experimentation and optimisation: Define and execute A/B tests, funnel optimisations, and journey improvements globally.
6. Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery: Maintain a strategic roadmap while delivering against near-term business needs and performance goals.
7. Leverage data to inform decisions: Use tools like Looker, Statsig and Mixpanel to monitor key metrics, generate insights, and measure impact.
8. Ensure technical delivery: Work with engineering to implement scalable, performant, and SEO-friendly web architecture-optimising for speed, localisation, and flexibility.

What you’ll need

9. 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including ownership of websites or digital acquisition channels at scale.
10. Proven experience managing go-to-market launches across multiple teams and markets.
11. Strong ability to influence, align and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including marketing, compliance, sales, engineering, and executive leadership.
12. Deep understanding of product-led growth and digital experimentation frameworks (CRO, A/B testing, funnel analysis).
13. Experience working closely with marketing and design teams to balance brand, UX, and performance.
14. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow, WordPress).
15. Strong knowledge of web performance, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.
16. Agile mindset and delivery experience in cross-functional environments.
17. Fintech or B2B SaaS background is a strong plus but not essential.
