This role is perfect for a hungry, driven Account Executive who loves the buzz of client-facing work and thrives on closing deals. About the Role
As part of the Landlord Acquisition team, you’ll secure the best sites and locations across London to keep up with huge brand demand — 100% inbound, with over 100 daily enquiries. Around 40% of your time will be spent face-to-face with clients, building trust and closing deals.
Key Duties
* Become a London retail expert — know the hotspots and the key players.
* Reach out and educate landlords using both cold and warm leads.
* Secure 10+ customer meetings per week.
* Sign up 15+ new sites per month.
* Attend networking and business events to build relationships.
* Work closely with the Brand team to match supply with brand demand.
* Canvass key areas to identify and convert new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven high performer with 2+ years in a closing role.
* Thrives face-to-face with customers.
* Able to adapt your pitch to suit everyone from individual landlords to enterprise real estate firms.
* Strong collaborator and team player.
* Money-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for success.
* Understanding of the London retail scene is a plus.
* Face-to-face sales experience is highly advantageous.
* Resilient, adaptable, and excited by the pace of a disruptive scale-up.
* Real ownership and autonomy to shape how you deliver results.
