Overview

An amazing new job opportunity for a committed Registered Manager to provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations across Staffordshire, Dudley, Wolverhampton (Wolves) and Cannock. The role is based in the main office in Dudley and you will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

This is a supported living service which provides services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations, including people who are autistic, have a learning disability or have mental health needs.


Requirements

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.


Responsibilities

* Dedicate yourself to managing the support of people with learning disabilities and other complex needs.
* Effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care.
* Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care while continually developing the service.
* Use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes is critical to the service\'s success.


Skills and Experience (preferred)

* Commitment to delivering high quality care.
* Previous managerial experience in a similar environment.
* Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.
* Fine-tuned decision making skills.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Flexibility and a strong “can do” attitude.
* Own transport is essential due to travel between sites.
* Happy to register with CQC.

* Salary: £43,000 per annum, permanent full-time role (40 hours per week, days).
