Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading specialist main contractor delivering prestigious residential projects across the South of England. This role involves taking full ownership of project strategy and driving delivery teams to achieve excellence on site for a significant one‑off dwelling with a construction value north of £20m.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in high‑value construction (high‑end residential or heritage experience highly advantageous).
* Deep understanding of JCT contracts and advanced programming capability.
* Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and integrated project teams.
* Relevant construction degree or professional qualification.
* Strong knowledge of SHE standards and traditional/contemporary build methods.
