We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PSHRE Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that cover a range of topics including health and wellbeing, relationships, personal development, citizenship, and religious education. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students in developing the skills and knowledge necessary for responsible and healthy adulthood.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
* Experience teaching PSHRE or related subjects (such as Citizenship, Health, or Religious Studies).
* Passionate about fostering personal development and promoting mental health and well-being.
* Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging PSHRE lessons across various year groups.
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and supported.
* Develop and implement appropriate PSHRE schemes of work and resources.
* Support students in understanding key topics such as mental health, relationships, sex education, and citizenship.
* Foster students’ social and emotional development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and pastoral staff to support students' overall well-being.
* Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute to school-wide initiatives and activities related to PSHRE.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
