About the Role:
This role is perfect for someone with deep experience in sales enablement, customer success, or partner management within the business messaging space. Experience with WhatsApp for Business is highly preferred, but expertise with other messaging platforms will also be considered. e.g CPaaS
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Lead consultative discovery to uncover customer and sales team needs
✔️ Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and drive outcomes
✔️ Create impactful enablement content—playbooks, pitch decks, training materials, best practices
✔️ Deliver training sessions and workshops that empower teams and partners
✔️ Support strategic initiatives that drive adoption and customer success on the WhatsApp platform
Your Background:
✅ Proven experience in B2B tech, ideally in messaging or SaaS platforms
✅ Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
✅ Able to simplify complexity and create actionable content
✅ Comfortable engaging cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
