Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

This territory will cover Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, and the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey).
Your responsibilities
* Surpass sales targets and contribute to our growth by promoting pharmaceutical products within your territory.
* Use your product knowledge to support healthcare professionals, illustrating the clinical benefits of our portfolio.
* Build strong relationships with medical staff, becoming a trusted advisor and partner in patient health solutions.
* Analyze market data to forecast trends and identify opportunities for impact.
* Uphold ethical standards and industry compliance while representing Reckitt's commitment to quality.
The experience we're looking for
* Proven success as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
* Deep knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with various therapeutic areas.
* Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.
* Experience in building lasting professional relationships for business growth.
* Flexibility to adapt to industry shifts and uphold high ethical standards in a regulated field.
