Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in software and/or firmware testing. We require an engineering degree in Software, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge. We require proficiency with security and testing tools including Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, Nmap, Fortify, Checkmarx, Metasploit, and Wireshark. We require knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell. We require an understanding of encryption algorithms, key management, and secure protocols such as TLS and SSH. We require a strong understanding of common vulnerabilities, including OWASP Top 10 and CWE/SANS Top 25. We require familiarity with Linux, Windows, and network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S. We require understanding of industrial protocols such as Serial, Modbus, and HART. We require knowledge of industry standards including IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP. We consider experience implementing DevSecOps best practices and Azure DevOps experience to be a plus. Responsibilities: We are responsible for ensuring the security robustness of software and firmware components across our product portfolio. We conduct threat compliance modelling, security testing, and vulnerability assessments. We support the broader product security function and contribute to secure development practices. We work with complex technologies and help identify and address security weaknesses in our products.
