We are looking for an experienced ET SCADA Test QA Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-impact control systems project. If you have a background in real-time telemetry, power system testing, or SCADA environments, this is a chance to contribute to a programme of national significance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support system testing activities for a new SCADA deployment managing over 350 substations and thousands of sensors.
* Review test artefacts including test plans, scripts, and execution evidence.
* Collaborate across Agile delivery teams including product owners, SMEs, developers, and third-party suppliers.
* Drive defect triage and resolution, track test KPIs, and escalate risks where necessary.
* Act as the “Voice of Quality”, ensuring test assurance aligns with safety-critical standards.
âś… Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in QA/testing within power systems, real-time control, or SCADA environments.
* Familiarity with IEC 101, telemetry protocols, alarm handling, and control system integration.
* Strong working knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, XRAY, HP ALM, or similar.
* Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
* Exposure to standards like IEC 61850, IEEE, or NIST frameworks is highly desirable.
* Able to work effectively with offshore teams and within regulated delivery environments.
