Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Support Sales Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting entry-level role for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and marketing while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Assist customers with enquiries about products or services and provide solutions.
* Promote client brands and services, generating sales and increasing customer engagement.
* Record and maintain accurate customer information and call notes.
* Support the sales and marketing teams with lead generation and follow-ups.
* Meet or exceed performance and sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
* A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not required – full training provided.
