This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys working on the tools while supporting the wider workshop team and maintaining high standards.

What you’ll be doing:
8. Carrying out trailer inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
9. Supporting the workshop team with diagnostics and technical guidance
10. Leading by example to maintain productivity and quality standards
11. Overseeing day-to-day workflow within the bay
12. Ensuring vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently

13. Mechanical experience working on trailers, HGVs, or similar vehicles
14. Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
15. A positive and proactive approach to work
16. Ability to support and motivate other technicians within the workshop
