Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
* Engage with Members in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
* Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible drinking; handle any issues promptly and professionally.
* Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to keep pace with customer demand while minimizing waste.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end.
* Uphold food handling standards when preparing garnishes or assisting with food service .
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a bartender, experience is advantageous, but not necessary.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with member/guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
* Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while managing time effectively.
* Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management.
