Ecommerce Trading Lead – Rugby – Hybrid - £38,000
A global business with offices across Europe is looking for an Ecommerce Trading Lead to support their Marketing team.
As the Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in driving ecommerce sales growth through digital development and evolution in a B2B business. Your responsibilities include optimizing content, UI, and UX of the website, leading the digital customer experience through effective merchandising and promotional strategies. Data insights and analytics will guide all decisions. You will be part of a new, dynamic team working towards commercial objectives.
As the Ecommerce Lead, you should be driven, self-motivated, digitally-minded, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about user experience.
You will collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the evolution of ecommerce and digital strategies, shaping the future digital landscape. This role offers a great opportunity to apply your analytical and ecommerce expertise in a market-leading company.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in driving business growth through ecommerce channels, with data-driven decision making.
* Create and implement the Ecommerce Growth Plan to meet strategic objectives.
* Utilize skills in Search Optimization, Engaging Content, UX, UI, and Campaign Optimization.
* Collaborate with the Ecommerce Trading Manager, marketing managers, and wider teams for a cohesive approach across products, customers, and channels.
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum 2 years of relevant ecommerce/digital experience.
* Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
* Strong organization and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Degree-level education or equivalent, with the ability to work well with various colleagues and stakeholders.
* Experience with InterShop, FirstSpirit, FactFinder is advantageous but not essential.
The salary for this role is up to £38,000 plus benefits.
